The Galician Cinema & Food Festival is one of the main events for promoting Galicia in the United States. Rosa de los Vientos, which has been exporting to this country for some time, explains how it came to participate in this renowned event with its star product, octopus: “The Consellería do Mar got in touch with us at the last edition of the Gourmet Fair in Madrid to find out if we would be willing to make octopus available for this event. […] For us it is a very proud moment, it means being able to promote Galician octopus all over the world”, declared Pilar Otero.
